Mai 36 Galerie is participating at ZURICH ART. Joining together with other art institutions in Zurich, we are welcoming the public into our exhibition spaces for the weekend of June 11 – 13.

We are pleased to show a selection of works by the German artist Thomas Ruff on all three floors of the Mai 36 Townhouse.

Ruff's most recent series Tableaux chinois examines propaganda images from books on Mao published in China, as well as from the magazine La Chine, distributed worldwide by the Chinese Communist Party.
